1.Product Description

This Lebus winch drum is a split assembled drum for marine & offshore heavy lifting winches. It is made of Q355D low-temperature impact steel. The drum barrel is machined with 45° right-hand Lebus dual folded rope grooves, specially matched for Φ18 steel wire rope with max 5 layers winding.
The assembly includes drum barrel, two end plates, connecting frame and brake disc. High-strength bolts together with positioning pins are used for locking and positioning. Welding is followed by stress relief treatment to remove residual stress. The surface adopts marine anti-corrosion coating system: sandblasting + epoxy zinc-rich primer + polyurethane topcoat (RAL7031, DFT ≥100μm). Fitting surfaces are coated with anti-rust oil. The brake disc is processed with controlled surface roughness to match disc brake calipers for reliable braking.
