In order to meet the requirements of drilling technology and transportation, the winch is usually designed as a multi-shaft drive and separate transportation, which not only makes the system complex, but also increases the cost and installation workload. To this end, the transmission scheme of the winch, power input mode and the structure of the winch frame have done pioneering work, my company designed a multi drums winch. The winch is mainly composed of base, winch frame, roller shaft, sand drum shaft, shaft drive boxes, disc brake, crash-proof crown device, main brake mechanism and automatic driller, etc, and power shift between the input shaft and the shaft adopts mechanical transmission, drive shaft and roller shifting between adopts pneumatic clutch to shift, with four are blocked, reverse gear. Finite element software was used to simulate and analyze the drum shaft and check its strength and stiffness. The analysis and check results show that the design of the drum and frame of the winch is reasonable and meets the practical work requirements.
In the winch, the wire rope plays an irreplaceable effect, so how can we do to avoid the phenomenon of wire rope there is disorderly rope? As a winch, it also makes some methods to avoid wire rope chaos, its drum has more obvious groove, double drum winch, these grooves can be better fixed wire rope.
Operation method
First, the wire rope is not sorted out before hoisting, and the wire rope is checked by itself, and the wire rope with a higher proportion of broken rope should be replaced in time. Second, do a good job of fixing the winch, the base of the winch is unstable, and the winch is prone to displacement when lifting. Show ropes. Third, when lifting, adhere to the wire rope and drum into a 90 degree Angle. The above is to avoid the method of small winch wire rope chaos. There are many parts on the winch. Drum is one of the important parts of lifting machinery, used to wind wire rope in lifting mechanism or traction mechanism.By transferring the driving force provided by the hydraulic or electric drive device to the wire rope, the rotary motion of the drive device is transformed into the linear motion required.
1. According to the number of winding layers:
1) Single winding: Only 1 layer of wire rope is wound on the drum, spiral groove is usually cut on the drum surface.
2) Double winding: The drum is wound with 2 layers of wire rope, spiral grooves or lebus grooves can be used.
3) Multi-winding:Multilayer wire rope winding on the drum, used for particularly large lifting height or compact mechanism occasions, the surface of the drum cutting lebus grooves.
2. According to the processing method:
1) Casting Drum:The casting material is usually cast steel or cast iron.
2) Welding Drum:The drum core is made of seamless pipe or rolled with steel plate, welding flange and drum core, and eliminating welding stress before machining.
3. According to the number of drum segmentation
1) Double winding:Two wire ropes can be wrapped around a drum.The rope can be wound in the same direction or in the opposite direction
2) Multi-winding:The surface of a drum is divided into several drums by baffles, each of which can be used separately for winding rope.
