1.Product Description

This C1350L Lebus grooved drum assembly is a heavy-duty welded drum designed for marine and offshore winch systems. It adopts Lebus double helix rope groove with left-hand 55° angle for single-layer wire rope winding.
The drum body, end plates, brake plate and rope clamping components are made of Q355D high-strength structural steel. Complete with factory-fitted rope clamping assembly, it provides reliable fixed connection for wire rope end. All critical welding follows JB/T11157‑2011 standard. Machined surfaces and threaded holes are protected against painting to guarantee assembly precision.
The Lebus rope groove eliminates wire rope overlapping, reduces abrasion and extends service life of steel wire rope under heavy load cyclic operation.
