1.Description

This T-type lead screw is made of 2205 stainless steel, part number: 26MD01-M403-002. Its thread specification is Tr20×4 with precision class 7e. It is a Class B precision transmission component with a single piece weight of 1.957 kg. The raw material is 2205 duplex stainless steel, subjected to solution treatment at 1020–1100°C followed by rapid water quenching, delivering both high strength and outstanding corrosion resistance.

Manufactured strictly to 7e trapezoidal thread precision, the component features tightly controlled geometric tolerances for shaft sections. Unspecified dimensional tolerances comply with GB/T1804-m, and unspecified geometric tolerances comply with GB/T1184-H. Sharp edges are rounded and burrs removed. All dimensions not marked refer to the 3D model. The total length is 847 mm, integrated with multiple precision fitting shaft segments, keyway and M12×1.5 connecting thread.
