Q355C Luffing Lebus Drum, Left-hand Double Helix Groove Winch Drum

1.Product Description

This Lebus drum is the core load-bearing part for luffing winch of heavy cranes. Made of Q355C low-alloy high-strength steel with good low-temperature toughness, it works reliably outdoors and offshore. It adopts 65° left-hand double-helix Lebus groove for up to 7 layers of wire rope winding. The barrel is preferably rolled from a single steel plate. All butt welds are Grade 1 and inspected by UT & RT NDT. After welding, the drum is stress-relief annealed, then precision machined with final groove finishing to ensure coaxiality and cylindricity. Equipped with rope entry guide and cross-layer transition plates, it comes pre-assembled with full rope anchoring kits. Its right flange can be match-drilled with large gear for high coaxiality. This M4-duty drum is manufactured in accordance with crane national standards for continuous heavy-duty operation.
