1.Description

This Lebus grooved Sleeve is fabricated from Q460NE low-alloy high-strength steel, specially designed to match winch drum.It adopts the Lebus segmented rope groove structure.The sleeve is bolted onto the bare drum barrel, eliminating the need for full drum machining.It can be separately manufactured, assembled, disassembled and replaced.

This product is suitable for 52mm diameter cables.The root diameter of the groove is 1500mm, the rope groove pitch is 1500mm,the rope groove pitch is 54.34mm,it features a right-hand 60° groove with a total of 30.5 grooves. The net weight of a single piece is 1311.4KG.Its surface is coated with zinc-rich epoxy primer, delivering excellent anti-corrosion performance for marine environments, making it highly suitable for heavy-duty working conditions of ships and offshore engineering.
