Reciprocating Lead Screw Levelwind Assembly for Hydraulic Lebus Winch, Automatic Wire Rope Traversing Device

1.Product Description

This levelwind assembly is a mechanical automatic spooling device specially matched for hydraulic winches. Driven mechanically by the winch drum, the 42CrMo reciprocating lead screw and nut assembly drives the rope guide to reciprocate horizontally. Working with Lebus grooved drum, it guides wire rope to wind neatly layer by layer and prevents rope crossing, squeezing, kinking and abrasion.

The assembly integrates bearing housings, gear ring transmission, smooth guide shafts and rope passing unit. It adopts full-mechanical linkage, no extra motor, hydraulic valve or electronic limit switch required. The main frame is Q355B, and key lead screw parts are 42CrMo alloy steel with quenching & tempering treatment for high wear resistance.
