The way to save money is to use a smooth druml and an outer bushing with a groove for the line, cut the bushing horizontally in two parts and bolt or weld it to or weld it to the smooth drum. The split-sleeve depends on the drum’s size,wire rope diameter and length. The sleeves is composed of a sleeve cut in half, which can be fixed to a smooth drum by welding or bolted fastening. The rope groove system is formed into a sleeve with groove shape, also known as LEBUS sleeve.
