Left-hand 60° Lebus Groove Sleeve For 26mm Wire Rope

1.Product Description

This Lebus groove sleeve is made of Grade 45 carbon steel, with left-hand 60° Lebus segmented groove profile, specially matched for Ø26 wire rope. It is the key lagging part for multi-layer spooling winch drums. All grooves are CNC machined strictly per Lebus spooling principle. Lifting holes are designed for plug welding onto drum shell. After machining, all burrs are removed and sharp edges are broken. Unspecified dimensional tolerances follow GB/T1804-m and geometric tolerances follow GB/T1184-K. It guides wire rope to wind neatly across multiple layers smoothly.
