Lebus sleeve is precision CNC machined from 40Cr alloy steel, designed for multi-layer wire rope winding. Featuring a unique composite groove structure with straight and pitched segments, it guides orderly wire rope spooling, effectively preventing rope biting and jumping to extend rope service life. The split design enables easy disassembly and individual replacement, cutting maintenance costs. With high strength, wear resistance and fatigue resistance, it is applicable to heavy-duty winches for offshore winches, ship cranes, ports and mines.
