This Lebus double drum is integrally machined from 6061 aluminum alloy and equipped with left-hand 30° segmented Lebus rope grooves. The integrated double-drum structure enables synchronous take-up and pay-out of two steel wires with constant rope spacing throughout operation. It fits 3.12 mm steel wire rope and supports orderly winding up to 6 layers. The segmented rope grooves guide smooth direction change of steel wire ropes and eliminate cable biting, rope jumping and disordered winding during multi-layer winding. Finished with anodizing anti-corrosion treatment, all sharp edges are rounded and deburred to prevent cutting damage to steel wire ropes. Uniformly distributed mounting holes allow easy assembly, suitable for precision winches and lightweight hoisting systems.
