1.Description

This Q355D Lebus drum sleeve is a special accessory for multi-layer rope spooling of winch drums. It adopts Lebus folded rope groove structure and is made of Q355D low-alloy high-strength steel.
Customized for 34mm wire rope, it features left-hand 60° helical rope grooves, with a groove pitch of 35.7mm and a total of 36 grooves. It is bolted onto the surface of the original drum, with epoxy zinc-rich primer applied for anti-corrosion treatment, suitable for offshore lifting equipment.

The unique Lebus folded rope groove guides the wire rope to wind neatly, avoiding rope biting, rope squeezing and rope tangling. It evenly distributes the load of each layer, greatly extends the service life of wire rope and improves the safety of lifting operations.

Q355D steel maintains stable impact toughness at -20℃. It adapts to harsh offshore working conditions such as salt spray, strong wind and low temperature, and resists brittle fracture under heavy dynamic load.

Bolted split structure. When worn out, only the drum sleeve needs to be replaced instead of the whole drum, which reduces downtime and maintenance cost.

Mainly used in offshore engineering: offshore platform cranes, marine deck winches, offshore oil & gas drilling rigs, vessel lifting equipment, floating crane winch systems and other heavy offshore lifting machinery.
