Advantages of multilayer winding:


When the wire rope needs to be wound in multiple layers, the Lebus groove locks the crossover point between upper and lower wire ropes inside the crossed grooves, precisely restricting the rope crossover position within these grooves.

Within parallel grooves, the upper wire rope seats itself into the gap formed by two lower ropes, creating a firm and stable structure between adjacent rope layers. As the wire rope moves to the opposite side, the end flanges at both ends lead the rope to climb and reverse winding smoothly. This structural design allows Lebus grooved drums to perform standardized multilayer winding and eliminate rope tangling.

In comparison, ordinary spiral grooves can only ensure orderly winding for the first rope layer. They cannot properly guide the second layer to wind back neatly, which very easily results in messy and disordered rope winding.


Sleeve production:
 
We adopt standardized manufacturing procedures for every drum sleeve. The process begins with plate cutting, rolling forming and rough turning. After preliminary shaping, precision Lebus rope grooves are machined on the sleeve surface. The professional grooving design guides wire rope arrangement steadily and effectively prevents rope tangling, biting and abrasion during multiple layers winding.
Subsequently, we conduct component welding, end face finishing, hole drilling, customized splitting and surface grinding to ensure smooth and precise dimensions. Finally, professional painting treatment is applied for excellent rust and corrosion resistance.
Strict standardized processing ensures perfect fitting performance, stable operation and long service life of each drum sleeve.
