In order to meet the requirements of drilling technology and transportation, the winch is usually designed as a multi-shaft drive and separate transportation, which not only makes the system complex, but also increases the cost and installation workload. To this end, the transmission scheme of the winch, power input mode and the structure of the winch frame have done pioneering work, my company designed a multi drums winch. The winch is mainly composed of base, winch frame, roller shaft, sand drum shaft, shaft drive boxes, disc brake, crash-proof crown device, main brake mechanism and automatic driller, etc, and power shift between the input shaft and the shaft adopts mechanical transmission, drive shaft and roller shifting between adopts pneumatic clutch to shift, with four are blocked, reverse gear. Finite element software was used to simulate and analyze the drum shaft and check its strength and stiffness. The analysis and check results show that the design of the drum and frame of the winch is reasonable and meets the practical work requirements.
In the winch, the wire rope plays an irreplaceable effect, so how can we do to avoid the phenomenon of wire rope there is disorderly rope? As a winch, it also makes some methods to avoid wire rope chaos, its drum has more obvious groove, double drum winch, these grooves can be better fixed wire rope.
First, the wire rope is not sorted out before hoisting, and the wire rope is checked by itself, and the wire rope with a higher proportion of broken rope should be replaced in time. Second, do a good job of fixing the winch, the base of the winch is unstable, and the winch is prone to displacement when lifting. Show ropes. Winch drum with groove mainly has the following three types of structure
1, splicing type. In this structure, the rope groove body is first made into 4 pieces of tile, and then the 4 pieces of tile groove and light drum body are spliced and welded together
2, integral, is the rope groove is directly located on the drum body, rope groove and drum body as one.
3. Plug welding type, make the rope groove into a cylinder body, and then cut it into 2 pieces of tiles, and plug welding on the drum body.
